Just between Wales and England lies the limestone escarpments of the Wye valley. Many of the crags are well shaded – perfect for a late summer day. Trad and sport venues are available depending on what people want to do.
25th September 2022
A day climbing by the sea at Swanage, suitable for all abilities. Exact location to be confirmed in the week of the event. A great place to experience sea-cliff climbing in a great setting at whichever grade you climb.
Saturday 8th October – Sunday 9th October
A weekend climbing meet on Dartmoor. An amazing place to climb, with open tors and wooded rivers. Featuring good solid, character building granite!
Saturday 22nd October and Sunday 23rd October
Join us for a day or the weekend for bolt clipping fun by the sea. A perfect opportunity for sport climbing practice before the winter sun trip.
5th November – 12th November
Exact destination to be confirmed but probably Sicily or Spain. These areas have lots of single and multi pitch routes to suit the beginner and the expert and will keep everyone busy for the week.
19th November 2022
The last official outdoor meet of the year, and a chance to take advantage of the crags being less busy. We’ll pick a venue out of the wind and it should be warm enough…
4th December 2022
Potentially too cold and wet to climb outside, so join us for day at a local indoor wall.
Monday 19th December 2022
The annual festive meet, bring something to eat or drink. Likely to be at Chichester climbing wall – this will be confirmed closer to the time.

There are usually 2 climbing meets per month, a day meet and a weekend meet depending on the season.
The winter hill walking meet is normally held in February.
